Passing clientID in Header

Hi all,

I am attempting to use the Export API function to send data to ConnectWise Manage (a ERP/CRM for the IT industry).

I have successfully made the patch call via postman but I don’t seem to be able to make it work from Parabola.

The issue seems to be that I cannot pass the clientID in the header.

Has anyone had any success with something similar.

Hey Joel, in the API Export you can click Add Custom Header, and then you can name the header anything you want - just type it in and then click it to use it. And then you can also set its value.

Let me know if that works!

Wow ok, that was easy!

Wasn’t very obvious to me that you could do that.

Perhaps a note above the dropdown saying that you can use your own header name by entering it would be helpful!
