Add a variable to naming Google Sheets upon creation

1. I’ve tried setting up a flow that creates a new sheet every day, is it possible to use a date variable for the naming field? It would look like this or similar

You should be able to accomplish this by selecting “Create New Sheet” for the File selection. Attached is my setup for this. Also attached are the Google Sheet outputs.
