How do I fix the below error?

It looks like your INVOICEDATE column is in MM/DD/YYYY, so try that as your starting format!

Hmm, that’s strange. The 4 dates are definitely in MM/DD/YYYY. You could try variants of that format, such as M/D/YYYY, etc., as per https://parabola.io/transform/format-dates.
