Error in receiving the CSV in email after running the flow

I am getting stuck and am looking for a solution: After I run my flow, I am not receiving the email containing the updated CSV. Is there any alternative method to download the post flow generated CSV?

Hi @BuyBack_team - Happy to help! I took a look and see that that CSV should be sending to you. Could you please run that Flow one more time to see if the message comes through and check your spam folder to make sure it’s not getting caught there? The email will be coming from and the subject line will be “Shared CSV Data”.

If you’re still not seeing that email show up, let me know and we can take a closer look.

To make sure you’re unblocked, you can use a Send to Tables step to send the data to a Table instead of a CSV. Once that data is in a Table, you should be able to download it from the Table by clicking the download button in the upper right corner of the Table on the Live page.
