Update to Dropbox integration for Dropbox Business customers

Dropbox is making updates to their API on April 30, 2023 (see details here). These updates will affect Dropbox Business subscribers only.

We have updated our Dropbox integration accordingly, and you should still be able to access your shared team files and private files.

However, if the Dropbox step fails in one of your Flows after April 30th, we recommend doing the following:

  1. Open your “Pull from Dropbox” step
  2. Reselect the file you want to import
  3. Click “Refresh data”
