Notes input field for each run in the "Run History"

  1. What is your feature/integration request?

I would love a notes input field that is viewable / editable under each run in the “Run History” panel.

For example, it could look something like this:

  1. What problem would this feature/integration solve?

A failed flow run almost implies something went wrong and that it probably needs to be re-run. This isn’t always the case. Also, it could be good to document what happened on a particular run of a flow.

  1. How do you solve/workaround this problem today?

I note things down elsewhere, out of context.
