- What is your feature/integration request?
I want to be able to use Zoho CRM data (both custom modules and standard modules), from a specified time period on a recurring basis. For instance, daily or weekly imports/processing of new revenue-producing data (reservations, opportunities, etc).
- What problem would this feature/integration solve?
Getting data out of Zoho CRM is not easy, is very expensive to use data warehouses, and Zoho’s Reports feature is cumbersome and siloed. I’d like to be able to join my Zoho CRM data with other data in an external reporting dashboard, but those dashboard tools usually don’t pull data from CRMs like Zoho, so I need an intermediate step that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.
- How do you solve/workaround this problem today?
We cobble together emailed CSV/XLS files exported from Zoho CRM’s internal Reports product, but don’t solve the problem of getting that into the dashboard (we want to use Statsbot.io for our dashboard tool).
