Split header when splitting column

Hello,

Very minor feature request.

1. What is your feature/integration request?
Adding “split header” checkbox in the split column block.

2. What problem would this feature/integration solve?
It’s very minor but would avoid renaming all columns.

3. How do you solve/workaround this problem today?

Thanks for your feature request!

One question – does your source data name the column headers like that or is that a response from an API?

It was a response from an API that was not processed correctly.
I solved it using the split column block but in the end I found a csv source instead which was working right away.
