Pull from inbound email error, email content

Our software will generate an email when certain conditions are met, I’m trying to organize those into a simple Google Sheet using the pull from inbound email step. From the first dropdown I’m pulling data from “Email content” but I’m getting an email from Parabola saying that each email cannot be processed because it does not include an attachment (" ERROR: No attachment received."). I’m using the Parse from AI feature to extract key values since †he majority of the values I want are only in the htlm.

How can I remedy the emails bouncing back?
