Is there a way I can share a flow with a co-worker but not allow them to edit it? I’d like them to be able to access the RUN button, but not touch any of the steps.

This isn’t possible at the moment. You’ll need to invite your co-worker as a teammate and add them as a collaborator. However, they will be able to access the editor view.
You can always backup your flow by duplicating it if you’re worried about steps changing.
