@Matthew_Sartain when you double-click on the step Pull from Google Analytics
, can you try updating its settings on the left-hand side navigation bar and save this by clicking ‘Show Updated Results’? That error message appears when its step settings aren’t complete. Let me know if this error message continues after updating it.
Thanks for your reply @anon36387498, all the step settings are complete (image attached), I have run these flows manually many times and always see the data I expect. Each flow is pretty much identical. This is the first time the flows were meant to run automatically, it seems that If I run the flow manually it’s fine but relying on the Parabola schedule, throws an error.
@Matthew_Sartain thanks for the additional information – definitely an interesting case here. I’ve informed our engineering team of these details and will update this message chain as soon as there’s news.
Feel free to reach out with any additional comments or questions in the meantime.
Hi @anon36387498, Just wondering if you have any update on this?
Thanks
Hi @Matthew_Sartain - our engineering team is looking into this and we don’t have a specific ETA yet. It should be resolved within two weeks, though hopefully much sooner than that.
To confirm, while not ideal, can your workaround of running this flow manually suffice for now?
Thanks for your understanding on this one.
Ok thanks @anon36387498. Yes I have my colleague run them manually for now - due to the bug that caused these flows to fail, 1 credit was used each time. Would you be able to reset my credits so I can run all of the flows I need. I’ll hold off creating the rest of the flows I need to until this issue is resolved.
Thanks
Hi @Matthew_Sartain, following up on this chain after our emails last week and resetting the credits used from flow failures due to this bug. Glad to hear that other method works for you until this step is fixed.
We will be sure to update this community chain further when this step’s bug is resolved. It should be by the end of one week from now. In the meantime, if anyone else also had flow runs that failed due to this bug, please contact help@parabola.io and we can reset those credits used.
Hi @anon36387498, this morning my colleague has tried to run some flows manually and it appears that the bug causing the flow to error is not just with the scheduling. It gives me the same error as before (Image attached). I’m sure the flow is set up correctly as I was able to run it manually in the past. Any advice you can offer is appreciated, I’d really like to be able to use the Parabola service asap.
Thanks
Hi @Matthew_Sartain - Sorry to hear about this. Can you make sure that your
“Live” version" matches your current “Editor” version? You can do this by clicking “Update Live Version” from your “Editor” tab. Once you do that, try running again manually and let me know how that goes!
Hey @sachi, that worked! I noticed this UI update recently. So I guess that update stopped all the flows from being able to function. I will go through each flow now and update the live version. Hopefully, that fixes the scheduling too.
Thanks
Awesome! Glad to hear that worked. Keep me posted if scheduling does work. There is a chance that that is still a bug on our end.
Hi @Matthew_Sartain,
Just wanted to give an update to this community thread. Our engineering team has resolved this bug.
Please let us know if you have any further issues!
