Email a csv attachment - custom template

Hi,

can we customise an email which is sent with a .csv file attached? Currently, you receive an email from Parabola and in terms of layout/graphics it’s also yours. Since we send it to our clients, we’d like to be able to specify the sender and insert custom code as an email template.

Hi @Chris,

It’s not possible to remove the Parabola branding from the Email a CSV attachment step. You can still add custom HTML directly in the body of your email, but it will be wrapped in a Parabola container.

We have native integrations for services like SendGrid where you can edit the HTML in the text box. Your data would have to embedded within the email template, not sent as an attachment.
