Compare Dates Not Working

Hi! I’m trying to compare two dates, but I’m receiving the following error: “One or more of your dates is not a valid format and therefore did not receive a result.”

I added a Format Dates step before the Compare dates step to format the two dates I’m comparing to be the same, but I’m still getting the same error.

Hi Marianna –

In your “Format Dates” step, try formatting both dates as “YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss.”

Let me know if this does the trick!
