[Resolved] Some steps occasionally failing to calculate

Hi all - Just wanted to let everyone know that we are actively investigating an issue where some steps are occasionally failing to calculate.

This issue impacts steps in the Builder as well as live flows that are run manually or via a trigger. For live flows that encounter this error, you would see the error message, “The step failed to calculate. Our team is aware and looking into it.”

Hi everyone - We released a fix and this issue is now resolved.

Live flows that failed as a result of this issue should successfully run again. No updates or changes are required ahead of running the flow again.

Steps on the Builder should all be back working as expected now.
