1. What is your feature/integration request?
As I create a flow, it becomes clear that the field name I had assigned for a new column or new row might need to be used for something else. When that happens, I go back and change the respective name. It would be great if all future occurrences get renamed to what got changed manually.

3. How do you solve/workaround this problem today?
I have to go in manually and remove old column name, and + new column name.
