How do you add credits to your plan and NOT upgrade?
I made the mistake of switching from the $9 unlimited plan to a $4 monthly plan because I don’t use that many credits. Now they want me to upgrade to a $16 plan because I am 4 (four) credits short this month because the file sizes were larger than normal. Next month will be normal and I do not need the bigger plan.
How do I get 4 more credits so I can run the smaller file sizes in the next 4 days?
And can I switch back to the old plan?
