Edit your columns, all from one step!

Until today, you’ve had to use three different steps to effectively manage columns: Select columns, Rename columns, and Reorder columns. We decided to combine those into one, super powerful step: Edit columns! Now, from this single step, you can:

  • Keep or remove columns
  • Guarantee that selected columns are kept even if the input source removes them
  • Change the names of your columns
  • Update the order of your columns

(All existing usage of the original steps – Select columns, Rename columns, or Reorder columns – will continue to work. Going forward, you should use the new Edit columns step.)


the function is great but when you move it or duplicate it, it resets to all columns rather than keeping the original - frustrating!
