As the title states, the insert date/time column is not populating any results. Is there an additional step that I need to take here?

The Insert Date Time step will input a row of date/time for each row where data exists. If the step connecting to the Insert Date Time step does not contain any rows of data, it may seem like date/time is not being inserted.
A similar step you may find helpful is the Start with date & time row which will insert a new row with your desired date/time input!
