My “live” flow has been in Calculating/Preparing for over 10 minutes now.
Is there a way to make it stop? It usually takes seconds.
Hello @NigelG – currently there isn’t an option to pause a flow after it starts running. When it is published and set to run, it will stop after it completes the run or if it encounters an error. If you’d like us to look into why a flow is taking longer to calculate and finish, you can email the flow’s link to help@parabola.io for our support team to investigate.

Thank you. I did think it had got “stuck” but it was actually working and finished an hour later
