# Merge tables in a single pdf

Hi,  
Sorry if this is a very simple question but I am new to Parabola.  
I have imported a directory of companies in PDF and all I am trying to do is to get a list of the companies’ names.  
Using the auto-detect works fine, however the names have been split into different tables which correspond to the sector (e.g. Metal Packaging, Real Estate Management etc. - see screenshot).  
I can only select one table at a time under the “AI has named these tables” menu. What I would like is a list of all companies, without categorisation.  
How can I do this?

Hello! Depending on how the data looks on the PDF, this could be done by either manually labeling the columns if there is more information associated with each companies or by adding keys if all that is required is company name.
