# I need more info about parabola

Hello, I am new here. Do parabola  
syncs data in real-time or have refresh  
time interval, if yes how much time?

Hi @Martynas_Berzinskas - Welcome to Parabola! 👋 There are a few different ways your Parabola flow can run:

- Manually
- On a schedule (most frequently every 10 minutes)
- Triggered with a webhook (beta feature)
- Triggered with an email attachment
