# How to I invite an existing Parabola user to work on my team?

One of my team members created a separate test account and I need them to work on our company account. How can I invite them?

Hi @Seth_Price - Currently, if the person you’re trying to invite already has their own Parabola account, we need to make the transfer on our end.

Can you have that team member email me at [help@parabola.io](mailto:help@parabola.io) requesting this transfer? I can move them over to your team after I receive their request.
